Her Mail Box Was His Strategy
I Inquired He Talked
I met Fred while having my brakes checked for replacement. We enjoyed each others company for over an hour.
As usual I quizzed him about his status and he replied single but connecting up is looking better every day. At this point I told him I write articles for numerous websites and one of my most popular ones is called Dating Play Book Com. And to my joy he said this is the website that prompted him to do something rather then just waiting for luck to kick in.
He Let the Gas Pedal Do His Talking
He said he was so pumped to do something after reading some of my articles that he just jumped in his car and sat there until a thought came into his thinking. He then backed out of the driveway and promptly ran into his neighbor’s mailbox. Why? Because for years he had often thought of knocking on her door in the hope of inviting her to dine with him while enjoying the wellness of a good tasting wine. But until now his courage was never strong enough to force his feet to do his bidding and make it happen.
Luckily Fred’s car was of a late vintage and had a bumper on it. His action didn’t hurt his car but did break the base of the mailbox.
He Knocked & the Door Opened
Fred immediately exited the car and stood before her door and knocked. The door opened and he proclaimed himself guilty. They both talked while walking to and back from the scene of the accident. He called her three times after that and each call was about the replacement mailbox and the third call gave him the real courage he needed. He said how about having dinner with me and we can discuss the mailbox? She without hesitation agreed.
At this point the repair person came to the waiting area and informed me my car was ready. While paying the bill and just before leaving I asked Fred how things were going. His reply was things are looking great. I responded good for you and smiled.
I can’t tell you what a high it always is for me to hear that my words are bringing people together. So how about you? Now I’m not suggesting a run in with your neighbors mailbox, but then again it did work and you can’t argue with that thinking.
So go ahead and make your move and here’s hoping a connection works out for you.
